Your OPD queue, running itself.

Patients book a token on WhatsApp and follow the queue from home. Your front desk stops answering "how long more?" and the waiting hall stops filling up an hour early.

How it works
Works with your existing HIS or EMR. No new hardware except the TV you already have.

How a visit works

1

Patient books on WhatsApp

Picks a doctor, gets a token and the expected time. Doctors on leave or not visiting that day never appear. The fee can be paid in the same chat.

2

They wait wherever they like

A live page shows patients ahead and the token being seen now. If the doctor runs late, everyone waiting is told before they leave home.

3

Front desk checks them in

One tap to check in, issue walk-in tokens or mark a no-show — one queue across every doctor, no paper register.

4

Doctor calls the next patient

One button moves the queue. The TV, the front desk and every waiting patient update at the same moment.

5

Feedback goes out on its own

Happy patients are pointed to your Google listing; unhappy ones reach the clinic manager instead of the internet.

Five screens, one queue

Everyone signs in with their own login and sees only what their role needs.

Patient

  • WhatsApp booking in under a minute
  • Live token and expected time
  • Delay and "you're next" alerts
  • Pays the fee on chat

Receptionist

  • Queue across all doctors
  • Check-in, walk-ins, no-shows
  • Broadcast a doctor's delay
  • Tokens left per session

Doctor

  • Next patient in one tap
  • Only their own room's queue
  • Notes and follow-up reminders
  • Their day's count and average

Waiting room TV

  • Every room on one screen
  • Token and patient name being seen
  • Next three in each room
  • Arrival and delay notices

Clinic admin

  • Doctors, fees and rooms
  • Weekly schedules and leave
  • Logins and access
  • Reports and broadcasts

Every doctor keeps their own timings

Most clinics run on visiting consultants who come on set days. GramoQueue is built around that.

Sample schedule

  • Dr. Priya Raman
    Mon–Fri 9–11 AM, 6–7 PM · Sat 9 AM–12 PM
  • Dr. Arjun Selvam
Mon, Wed, Fri 7–8 PM · Sat 10 AM–12 PM
  • Dr. Meena Krishnan
Tue, Thu 8–9 PM · Sat 5–7 PM

What the admin controls

  • Weekly schedule per doctor, several sessions a day
  • Doctor leave and clinic holidays
  • Token limits from session length
  • Pause a doctor's booking without losing the schedule
  • Logins for reception, doctors, admin or a TV-only account

Try it as any of the five users

The prototype below is fully clickable. Sign in as the admin, receptionist, doctor or the lobby TV — demo logins are on the sign-in screen.
